About the role
The Agency Manager will lead the Nakuru branch of Jubilee Insurance, driving sales performance and ensuring the agency meets its targets. This role involves recruiting, coaching, and managing a team of financial advisors while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales targets and grow the agency’s market share.
- Recruit, train, and manage financial advisors to achieve performance goals.
- Oversee overall agency performance, including compliance and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 3‑5 years experience in Health Insurance Broker Management.
- Business‑related degree or equivalent experience.
- Diploma in Insurance or COP certification; COP/ACII certification preferred.
