Agribusiness Supervisor & Business Development Officer

About the role

The Agribusiness Supervisor and Business Development Officer will lead negotiations and close trade deals for fresh produce and by‑products, targeting Tier II and III supermarkets. The role also involves promoting company products across social media and expanding the sales footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, enlist and close trade agreements with retail outlets and supermarkets.
• Manage the e‑commerce platform to ensure seamless online sales.
• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify new clients, opportunities and industry trends.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and seminars to generate leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients and stakeholders.
• Design and execute digital marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in FMCG, specifically selling fresh produce.
• Proven track record selling bio‑foods to Tier II and III customers.
• Self‑driven attitude with a willingness to open new markets.
• Age between 30 and 40 years.
