Agriculture Sales Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Agriculture Sales Manager to lead the sales of agricultural machinery and equipment across Kenya. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with farms, cooperatives and large‑scale growers, and expanding the dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for brands such as Massey Ferguson, John Deere, Kubota, New Holland, Case and AGCO.
• Manage and grow key customer relationships and dealer networks throughout the Kenyan market.
• Lead, coach and motivate a sales team to achieve performance objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and close high‑value deals with farms, cooperatives and large growers.

Required profile

• Proven sales management experience in agricultural machinery, farm equipment or related heavy‑equipment sectors.
• Hands‑on experience working with farms, cooperatives and large‑scale growers in Kenya.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing dealer networks.
• Strong knowledge of the Kenyan agricultural market dynamics.
• Track record of selling brands such as Massey Ferguson, John Deere, Kubota, New Holland, Case and AGCO.
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business administration, marketing or a related field (preferred).
