AI Automation & Claude Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on AI Automation & Claude Specialist to automate real‑world business processes using Claude, AI workflows, connected data and automation tools. This is a delivery‑focused role where you will understand problems, build and test solutions, and demonstrate measurable results. You will collaborate closely with a Performance Insights Specialist and stakeholders across finance, payroll, safety, training and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI‑powered automation workflows using Claude Projects, Artifacts, MCP connectors and agentic capabilities.
• Convert manual business processes into repeatable, practical workflows.
• Query and analyse business data with SQL and Azure SQL.
• Connect AI solutions to databases, spreadsheets, documents and other business systems.
• Develop solutions for finance, cash flow, safety, training and payroll areas.
• Test, refine and deploy solutions based on real business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and decision‑making.
• Communicate solutions and results clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience using Claude for development, automation or productivity.
• Experience with Claude Projects, Artifacts and MCP connectors.
• Understanding of agentic AI workflows.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience, including Azure SQL.
• Proven experience building automation or AI‑powered solutions.
• Ability to work with messy or unstructured business data.
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Comfortable working Australian hours and from our Nairobi office.
