AI Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated student, recent graduate, or alumnus to join our Fall/Winter 2026 AI & Business Process Automation Internship Program. The role offers hands‑on experience designing and implementing AI‑driven automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and data visibility across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes across Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Service, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Identify repetitive, manual tasks suitable for AI and automation.
• Document current‑state and future‑state workflows and process maps.
• Evaluate and prioritize automation opportunities based on impact and feasibility.
• Quantify potential improvements in productivity, accuracy, visibility, quality, and cost savings.
• Develop proof‑of‑concept and production‑ready solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Power BI.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to enhance business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and drive adoption.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams.
• Support AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Required profile

• Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate, or alumnus with coursework in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Operations Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI, or similar technology platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Experience documenting, mapping, or improving business processes.
