AI Learning & Enablement Specialist

About the role

Digital Divide Data is seeking an AI Learning & Enablement Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve an AI curriculum for young Kenyan talent. The role focuses on preparing participants to use AI tools confidently and meet client‑defined technical standards within weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end AI curriculum: design content, create assessments, and iterate based on data.
• Define and defend the criteria for a learner to be considered “ready” for operations.
• Align training outcomes with client service level agreements and operational expectations.
• Develop facilitator capability so other trainers can deliver the material independently.
• Track and report on cohort performance, ramp‑up time, and quality of AI‑assisted work produced by graduates.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience building and running a complete training programme, including material creation, teaching, assessment, and data‑driven iteration.
• Proven ability to train adults with limited digital exposure and varying confidence levels.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools in a production environment with real‑world consequences.
• Strong facilitation skills; ability to engage a room and demonstrate competence live.
