AI Trainer (Indonesian) – Remote, $11/hr

About the role

We are looking for an Indonesian‑speaking AI Trainer to evaluate and improve the personalization quality of large language model outputs. This full‑time, short‑term contract role is remote and focuses on ensuring AI responses are relevant, accurate, and aligned with project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated responses for personalization quality and user relevance.
• Analyze nuanced and ambiguous outputs to verify compliance with guidelines.
• Review, annotate, and provide detailed feedback on model behavior.
• Perform quality‑assurance tasks related to LLM outputs and personalization workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine training data and evaluation processes.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required profile

• High‑level proficiency in reading and writing Indonesian.
• Experience in data annotation, AI quality evaluation, content moderation, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to evaluate complex AI responses.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in Policy, Law, Ethics, Linguistics, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to use a personal Google account for project evaluation.
• Full‑time availability with at least a 4‑hour overlap with PST.
