AI Video & Content Production Specialist (CapCut & Premiere Pro)

About the role

A client is looking for an AI Video & Content Production Specialist to turn four weekly core content packages into professional, platform-ready creative assets. You will repurpose and produce video and visual content across multiple digital channels, using AI video workflows, traditional editing and digital identity standards to keep the brand consistent while producing at high volume. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with a flexible window between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM EST (about 10 hours per week).

Key responsibilities

• Turn 4 weekly core content packages (2 individual, 2 corporate) into about 12-20 unique assets per week, including primary videos, short-form clips, platform-specific versions, carousels and ad variations.
• Edit short-form and long-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long-form, LinkedIn and Facebook, handling podcast editing, audio cleanup, pacing, hooks, captions, subtitles, b-roll, thumbnails and branded end cards.
• Use approved existing footage to create new variations through script replacement, voice-clone integration, lip-sync, face swaps, outfit adjustments, background replacements, new hooks and CTA slides.
• Maintain strict visual and brand consistency for digital avatars and video generation, following established guidelines for facial likeness, hair, wardrobe and voice modulation.
• Run quality checks on every asset before review, checking spelling, audio sync, aspect ratios, visual fidelity and factual accuracy.
• Keep files organized, use version control and resize content for each platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing short-form and long-form video for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Strong working knowledge of AI video tools and workflows (AI avatars, face-swapping, voice cloning, lip-syncing, scene modification).
• Experience repurposing content, cleaning audio, making thumbnails and adding captions.
• Organized, detail-oriented, with disciplined version control habits.

Required skills

• Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or Canva.
• AI video generation tools and workflows.
