Analyst - Strategy & Transformation

About the role

The Analyst – Strategy & Transformation will support I&M Bank’s strategic management process by analysing performance data, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and helping translate the strategic plan into actionable results.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analysing the Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard performance.
• Help set and monitor KPIs that track implementation of the strategic plan.
• Collect and analyse data to establish baselines and assess KPI progress.
• Report deviations, identify root causes, and support stakeholders in defining remedial actions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and periodic reports for governance forums, highlighting status and next steps.
• Evaluate KPI effectiveness and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Provide content for bank‑wide communications on strategic plan achievements.
• Support the Transformation Office on cadence processes when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years banking experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Ability to manage complex strategic projects and translate strategy into action.
• Self‑driven, capable of working independently.
