Application Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Application Support Representative to provide first‑level assistance to credit union and bank clients using our Aurora Advantage suite. This remote position involves troubleshooting core financial software, restoring system functionality, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inbound support across multiple channels, providing real‑time assistance.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of credit union core systems and product functionality.
• Research, reproduce, and troubleshoot software issues using critical thinking and product expertise.
• Utilize web‑based applications to enter, retrieve, and assess client data.
