Assistant HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant HR Manager to join our vibrant team at Radisson Hotel Group. The role supports the smooth running of the Human Resources department, fostering a positive workplace culture and driving personal and professional growth of our workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR department’s daily operations and ensure all responsibilities are delivered to high standards.
• Review employee development, training and succession plans, providing recommendations to enhance performance.
• Compile operational staffing schedules and coordinate manning guides with the HR manager.
• Ensure compliance with regional and corporate regulations and talent guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date job descriptions and adapt them with supervisors as operational needs evolve.
• Handle job application correspondence, advertising, filing and document management.
• Initiate and follow up on yearly performance evaluations for supervisory staff.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.

Required profile

• Proven HR experience with strong problem‑solving capabilities (2+ years).
• Excellent leadership and hands‑on, lead‑by‑example work style.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality.
• Creative, proactive mindset with ability to prioritize and make effective decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
