Assistant HR & Operations Manager

About the role

Classic Mouldings Limited is seeking an Assistant HR & Operations Manager to support its human resources and operational functions within the construction sector. This role will be based in Westlands, Nairobi, and will work closely with senior management to ensure smooth people processes and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations such as onboarding, off‑boarding, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate operational tasks related to interior design, architectural finishes, and construction projects.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Operations teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative, HR, or operations coordination role within the interior design, architectural finishes, or construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage records, support recruitment, and coordinate people processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
