About the role
Assistant Registrar, Timetabling (Academic Division) is responsible for coordinating lecture timetables and allocating rooms across the university, ensuring efficient use of facilities and smooth academic operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate lecture timetables and allocate rooms for all academic programmes.
- Analyze complex scheduling requirements and develop practical solutions.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Education, Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in the same fields or equivalent.
- At least ten (10) years of relevant experience, including three (3) years in timetabling within a higher‑learning institution.
- Proficiency in academic management systems or ERP platforms.
- Excellent computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to analyze complex scheduling requirements and devise practical solutions.
- Certification or training in timetabling software is an advantage.
