Assistant Residuals Analyst

About the role

Join Entertainment Partners as an Assistant Residuals Analyst, supporting the Residuals Analyst team in verifying show setups and payments across distribution markets. This entry‑level position offers exposure to union contracts, residuals processes, and industry‑standard software.

Key responsibilities

• Perform verification of residual show setups and payments for compliance with union contracts and EP guidelines.
• Learn and apply union contract provisions, regulations, deadlines, and industry standards.
• Interpret guild agreements and assist in creating departmental documentation.
• Test new software programs to ensure payments and products follow guild regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and proprietary EP information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 0‑2 years experience in contract administration, union contracts, residuals, or accounting/payroll (entertainment preferred).
• Strong arithmetic skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including active listening.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, Outlook.
