Associate Financial Analyst Intern

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Financial Analyst Intern to support the analysis of real‑estate opportunities, build and maintain financial models, and assist with investor relations and deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze new land sales, development projects and other business opportunities and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of business plans and financial models for real‑estate developments, including utilities such as power, water and telecoms.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations that combine financial data with visual aids for senior leadership.
• Support strategy development for existing and new businesses under senior guidance.
• Assist in maintaining investor information memoranda and ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to deal origination and execution processes as directed by experienced team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Familiarity with valuation methods and general accounting principles.
• Solid understanding of finance and financial markets with the ability to apply this knowledge practically.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the real‑estate or city‑planning industry and CFA certification are a plus.
