Associate Financial Analyst Internship

About the role

The Associate Financial Analyst Internship at Tatu City offers a hands‑on opportunity to support financial analysis and strategy for real‑estate development projects. You will work closely with senior managers, contributing to business plans, investor materials and deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in financial and commercial analysis of new land sales, development projects and other business opportunities.
• Help create and maintain financial models and business plans for real‑estate developments, including utilities such as power, water and telecoms.
• Support the preparation of high‑quality presentations for senior management, combining financial data with visual aids.
• Contribute to strategy development for existing and new businesses under senior guidance.
• Assist in maintaining investor information memoranda and support investor relations activities.
• Participate in deal origination and execution processes as directed by experienced team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Familiarity with valuation methods and accounting principles.
• Solid understanding of finance and financial markets.
