Associate Software Engineer – .Net Core (Entry Level)

About the role

CSM Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Software Engineer to join its development team. The role focuses on building and maintaining applications using .Net Core, while translating client requirements into clear technical specifications. You will work closely with senior developers and quality‑assurance staff to deliver high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain applications using .Net Core.
• Analyze and translate client requirements into detailed solution specifications.
• Receive, document and investigate error reports and issues raised by clients.
• Assist in creating and executing software test scenarios and test cases.
• Collaborate with the testing team to implement software tests and validate functionality.
• Support the preparation of technical reports and documentation related to software development.
• Participate in investigations of client needs, requirements and specifications for new features.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (0‑1 year experience) with a BE/B.Tech/MCA degree.
• Strong logical mindset and solid software programming knowledge.
• Willingness to travel to domestic or international locations as project demands.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
