B2B Field Sales Consultant

About the role

The B2B Field Sales Consultant will drive sales of bespoke office furniture to corporate clients in Kenya. You will identify new business opportunities, present tailored solutions, and close high‑value contracts while ensuring long‑term client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, client visits and corporate pitches.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations customized to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, maintaining profitability and client value.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing post‑sale support.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts and order documentation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and emerging opportunities.
• Participate continuously in sales training and professional development.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of field B2B sales experience, preferably in office furniture or construction‑related sectors.
• KCSE mean grade of B (plain) or higher.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in account opening, corporate sales and product presentations.
• Self‑driven, resilient hunter mindset with strong relationship‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
