Bicycle Sales Representative – Komarock

About the role

The Bicycle Sales Representative will develop channel sales strategies, monitor performance, and build relationships with new and existing clients in the Komarock area of Nairobi. The role focuses on driving sales growth and expanding the company’s market presence while working independently within an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute channel sales strategies tailored to the local market, identifying opportunities to increase bicycle sales and market share.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics on a regular basis, preparing reports that highlight trends and areas for improvement.
• Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead negotiations with clients, applying strong negotiation techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with overall business objectives and enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Male candidates aged between 21 and 30 years.
• Must own a personal smartphone to manage communications and sales tools.
• Confident bicycle riding ability is required to demonstrate products and engage with customers on the field.
• Demonstrates strong sales drive, resilience, and the ability to work independently within a defined territory.
• Possesses a solid understanding of sales strategies and effective negotiation techniques.
