BID Executive – Lead Bid & Tender Management

About the role

Dynasoft Business Solutions is looking for a highly driven BID Executive to lead end‑to‑end bid and tender processes for Microsoft products and services. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, analytical professional passionate about the ICT sector and familiar with Kenya’s procurement landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and monitor advertised bids, tenders and proposal opportunities across public and private sector platforms.
• Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of bids, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs and other tender responses.
• Ensure proposals comply with technical, financial and administrative client requirements and submission deadlines.
• Develop bid plans, schedules and maintain a repository of reusable content, templates and case studies.
• Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals aligned with Microsoft products and services.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and management teams to create competitive value propositions.
• Coordinate internal approval processes, including pricing, commercial terms and certifications.
• Maintain an updated opportunity pipeline, tender calendar and monitor ICT procurement trends.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience navigating Kenya’s public and private procurement processes.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, technical and management teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft product suite and licensing models.
