Bilingual Case Manager Assistant – Personal Injury

About the role

Join an award‑winning law firm with 18+ years of experience in personal injury, employee rights, and consumer class actions. As a Bilingual Case Manager Assistant you will work full‑time on‑site, supporting the pre‑litigation team to ensure clients receive the maximum settlement possible.

Key responsibilities

• Open and manage claims with insurance carriers, health‑insurance subrogation departments, and medical providers.
• Request, obtain, and follow up on police reports and medical records.
• Schedule medical appointments, coordinate client transportation, and verify provider balances.
• Prepare comprehensive case files for demand writers.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a Case Manager, Case Manager Assistant, or Legal Assistant in personal injury (intake specialist experience not accepted).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) with a neutral accent.
• Completed or in‑progress bachelor’s degree, preferably in legal or medical fields.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to handle a high volume of cases.

Required skills

• Experience with Litify or Salesforce (preferred).
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
