Bilingual Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate will support the sourcing, screening and hiring of candidates across multiple departments. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional who is passionate about recruitment and eager to develop in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote the employer brand.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing interview materials and communicating with candidates.
• Collaborate with HR and coordination teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• At least one year of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in high‑volume hiring.
• Advanced proficiency in English; bilingual ability is required.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
