Bilingual Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to promote our Membership Program. The ideal candidate is sales‑driven, fluent in English, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle approximately 40 calls per day, maintaining high service and sales quality.
• Present and promote the Membership Program using persuasive, professional English.
• Identify customer needs and convert conversations into sales opportunities.
• Confidently handle objections, providing at least three strong rebuttals per call when needed.
• Close sales effectively and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for products, services, and memberships.
• Build trust and develop long‑term relationships with customers.
• Remain available and responsive during assigned shift hours.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
• At least 1 year of BPO sales experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong ability to overcome objections and close sales.
• Experience with upselling and cross‑selling.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a results‑driven mindset.
• Confidence pitching products, services, and memberships.
