BizOps Growth Intern (Creator & Event Partnerships)

About the role

This is not a typical internship. You will be on the ground inside the culture, identifying and onboarding creators who run events — DJs, hosts, and community leaders. You’ll act as the bridge between real‑world events and VibesMeet’s growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Attend clubs, pop‑ups, creator nights and niche scene events.
• Identify DJs and creators who run recurring events.
• Build genuine relationships with them before and after events.
• Introduce VibesMeet in a natural, high‑conversion way.
• Onboard creators directly or arrange calls with the team.
• Feed high‑quality leads into the CRM, focusing on NYC.
• Spot emerging trends and new scenes early.

Required profile

• Regularly goes out to events and knows the local nightlife.
• Has personal connections with DJs, promoters or creators.
• Understands audience energy, culture and community dynamics.
• Social, confident and comfortable meeting new people.
• Strong instinct for “who’s up next” in the scene.
• Motivated to help build an early‑stage growth engine.
