About the role
The Branch Manager will lead the Narok branch of HI Home, overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, retail experience, and a focus on achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations and ensure stock availability.
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to meet targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor revenue, performance metrics and prepare sales reports.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve complaints.
- Identify market opportunities and drive growth.
Required profile
- Must be located in Narok.
- Proven experience in electronics retail or home appliances sales.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales and product knowledge with ability to meet targets.
- Teamwork, accountability, honesty, reliability and professionalism.
