Branch Sales Supervisor - Mombasa and Eldoret

About the role

Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management solutions firm operating across East Africa. On behalf of its client, it is recruiting a competent, skilled and experienced Branch Sales Supervisor to work in Kenya, covering Mombasa and Eldoret. The supervisor drives branch growth and monthly sales targets, runs the branch smoothly and makes daily operational decisions while keeping customers satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, grow new and existing businesses and push waterproofing, special effects and new products sales
• Share competitor price and activity reports, draw routes and track sales representatives against revenue targets
• Promote cross-selling and upselling, deposit and bank cash and cheques, and report account discrepancies to the Assistant Retail Manager
• Keep local licenses up to date, monitor the local market and product movement, and submit reports to the Branches Coordinator
• Create a welcoming, professional environment, handle customer queries and complaints, and train staff in customer service
• Supervise staff, ensure attendance registers are sent daily, keep the branch clean and stocked, and manage deliveries and stock takes
• Convene weekly branch meetings, prepare a weekly cleaning roster, and submit monthly operation and sales reports
• Train staff on new products, coach them, set performance expectations and appraise them
• Maintain zero stock variance, mitigate risks in operations, security and customer data protection, and comply with Health & Safety, QMS and ISO 9001:2015 standards

Required profile

• Diploma in a business-related course
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and team management, preferably in retail
• Experience leading teams is an added advantage
• Strong, confident communicator

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• ERP systems such as Sage, Sci-fy, etc.
