Branch Supervisor – Nakuru

About the role

Java House Africa Ltd is seeking a proactive Branch Supervisor to lead its Nakuru outlet. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and driving the branch’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑of‑house activities, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale system and ensure accurate cash‑up procedures.
• Review and analyse the branch’s profit & loss statements to meet targets.
• Manage stock and inventory levels, placing orders and conducting regular audits.
• Maintain high standards of food & beverage service, safety, and cleanliness.
• Address customer concerns promptly and uphold the brand’s service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Degree or diploma in Food & Beverage Service or a related field.
• Minimum two years of front‑of‑house or stand‑in manager experience in hospitality.
• Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions and demonstrate strong ethics.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
