Branch Supervisor – Nanyuki

About the role

The Branch Supervisor will lead the daily operations of a Java House outlet in Nanyuki, ensuring high standards of service, product quality and financial performance. This role reports to senior management and requires a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑of‑house activities, including staff scheduling, training and performance monitoring.
• Handle cash, operate the point‑of‑sale system and ensure accurate daily financial reporting.
• Manage stock and inventory, place orders and control waste to meet budget targets.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards in compliance with company policies.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Drive sales initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Food & Beverage Service or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum two years of front‑of‑house experience, preferably as a stand‑in manager or management trainee.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong decision‑making, ethical values and a results‑oriented mindset.
