Brand Ambassador – Client Onboarding (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are a Nairobi‑based digital logistics platform seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to drive the rapid expansion of our service across Kenya. You will recruit new clients, guide them through app registration and ensure they can effectively use the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in assigned zones.
• Explain the company’s value proposition clearly.
• Assist clients to download the app, complete registration and upload required documents.
• Provide training so clients understand how to use the app.
• Submit accurate onboarding data to the verification team.
• Maintain daily activity logs and report client feedback and market trends.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in field sales, marketing activation or customer acquisition.
