Business Analyst – E‑Commerce & POS

About the role

The Business Analyst – E‑Commerce & POS will bridge technology and business for Network International’s payments solutions. You will ensure smooth operation of physical POS devices, e‑commerce integrations, and the processing platform while supporting merchants across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead identification of system errors and bugs and coordinate resolutions with the technical team.
• Review and maintain system settings, permissions, and day‑to‑day inventory records.
• Monitor DPO Pay system functionality, performance, and configuration.
• Support and enforce PCI DSS procedures and guidelines.
• Provide Level 3 merchant support, handling escalated issues and serving as the single point of contact for integration queries.
• Ensure SLA‑based responsiveness and lead technical investigations together with TechOps and other stakeholders.
• Support POS and e‑commerce merchant integrations and deliver operational and fraud‑relevant best‑practice guidance to merchant staff.

Required skills

• PCI DSS compliance knowledge.
• Experience with DPO Pay system configuration and monitoring.
