Business Analyst III

About the role

The Business Analyst III will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT organization, translating business needs into technical requirements. You will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that support complex business processes across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to understand business strategy and direction.
• Participate in short‑ and long‑term planning sessions to improve business processes.
• Develop business cases and assess feasibility of new solutions.
• Serve as liaison between business units, third‑party vendors, and IT teams.
• Document, prioritize, and manage business requirements and functional specifications.
• Research and recommend buy‑vs‑build decisions, considering cost, risk, and impact.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of existing business processes and key performance drivers.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice‑versa.
• Experience working on cross‑functional projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
