About the role

MSF – Holland is seeking a Business Application Specialist for its Kenya office. Reporting to the Head of Office, the incumbent will drive process improvements by optimally using an assigned business platform, ensuring its functionality meets operational needs and supporting end‑users on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

Manage, develop, and maintain the assigned business application to ensure reliable performance.
Identify and implement process enhancements that increase efficiency across the office.
Provide first‑line support and training to end‑users, troubleshooting issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to align the application with MSF’s humanitarian objectives.
Document procedures, configurations, and changes for future reference.

Required profile

Relevant experience in business application management or similar IT roles.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a multicultural, humanitarian environment.
Good communication skills in English.
