Business Developer – HR Consultancy

About the role

Millennial Edge HR is seeking a results‑driven Business Developer to expand its client base for HR consultancy and advisory services. You will work closely with SMEs and corporates, promoting solutions across recruitment, compliance, payroll, performance management and training.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target sectors (SMEs & corporates).
• Develop and execute a business development strategy to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach and digital channels.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and pitch presentations addressing client HR needs.
• Negotiate and close consultancy service agreements or retainers.
• Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Represent Millennial Edge HR at industry events, forums and networking functions.
• Track and report on sales activity, pipeline status and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in professional or consultancy services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑driven with strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of HR consultancy services (recruitment, compliance, payroll, training) is an advantage.
• A strong network within the SME/corporate space is a plus.
