About the role
The Business Development Executive will drive growth for our client’s recruitment and placement services across local and international markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and align commercial activities with the company’s strategic vision.
Key responsibilities
- Research market trends, competitor activity and client needs to generate new business opportunities.
- Design and implement comprehensive business development strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and other internal teams to craft tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses and presentations to senior decision‑makers.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences and networking functions to raise brand awareness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience selling recruitment and placement services.
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalising on market opportunities.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities with senior executives.
- Experience developing and executing successful sales strategies.
