Business Development Manager – Corporate Solutions

About the role

BrighterMonday Kenya is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the Corporate Solutions arm. You will drive growth by building strategic partnerships with corporate clients and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that close the talent gap across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the corporate sector.
• Establish long‑term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with clients to design recruitment strategies aligned with their business objectives.
• Work with internal delivery teams to manage end‑to‑end recruitment projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs and produce regular reports for clients and management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, account management or recruitment sales.
• Proven ability to engage HR teams and senior corporate executives.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitor analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across internal teams.
