Business Development Officer – Consultancy Services

About the role

The Business Development Officer will drive growth for Geenola Consultancy Limited by identifying new opportunities and promoting its suite of immigration, transport, permits and civil registration services. Based on-site in Parklands/Highridge, the role involves close interaction with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across immigration, NTSA, permits and NCA services.
• Generate leads, conduct market research and analyse trends to inform strategy.
• Prepare and present proposals, and meet clients to understand their needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing responsive support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and track performance metrics.
• Provide feedback to refine service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and evaluate opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with confident presentation abilities.
• Proven experience in business development, sales or client‑facing roles, preferably in consultancy or service‑based organisations.
• Lead generation and customer service expertise to attract and nurture clients.
• Market research experience to gather competitor and regulatory insights.
• Ability to work on‑site in Parklands/Highridge.
