Business Development & Solutions Manager – Google Cloud

About the role

TRKKN is seeking a motivated Business Development & Solutions Manager to expand its Google Cloud and Data solutions across the DACH region. You will act as the bridge between client needs and the capabilities of the Google Cloud Platform, helping organisations turn data into a strategic asset.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture a sales pipeline for Cloud & AI solutions, targeting mid‑size to large enterprises.
• Navigate the Google Cloud sales ecosystem to create joint sales plays and expand professional networks.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, presenting complex solutions confidently.
• Collaborate with Cloud Architects and Data Experts to design consultative, technically sound offers.
• Develop compelling pitch decks and customized proposals that illustrate real‑world business impact.
• Negotiate license fees and professional services contracts with client procurement teams.
• Travel regularly within the DACH region to build on‑site relationships with clients and partners.

Required profile

• Initial experience in sales, customer acquisition or business development, preferably in cloud, data analytics or marketing technology.
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform or other cloud environments and a strong desire to become a certified expert.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum C1), able to translate client needs into clear value propositions.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in a fast‑growing, international environment.
