Business Finance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Business Finance Specialist to design and deliver working‑capital and asset‑finance solutions for corporate and SME clients, with a focus on construction‑machinery financing. The role combines market development, client relationship management and rigorous financial analysis to support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage tailored working‑capital financing solutions.
• Lead asset‑finance operations, including structuring, pricing and portfolio management.
• Drive market‑development strategies to expand the construction‑machinery financing business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and SME clients.
• Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment and reporting to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create innovative financing products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, financial leasing or asset finance.
• Proven track record in market development and client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of working‑capital management and asset financing, preferably in construction‑machinery.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• High integrity and commitment to compliance.
