Business Sales Representative – Narok & Bomet

About the role

The Business Sales Representative will drive sales growth for DStv Business across the Narok and Bomet territories. The role focuses on acquiring new B2B customers, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering excellent service to existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients in target sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive developments.
• Represent the DStv Business brand professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven B2B sales experience in the Kenyan market.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan business landscape, especially in the Narok and Bomet regions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, closing, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Results‑oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Proactive, resilient under pressure, and willing to go the extra mile.
