Business Systems Manager

About the role

Neat’s Business Systems team manages the core platforms that support sales, billing and customer support for about 400 employees. As a Business Systems Manager you will own the intake process, drive agile delivery and ensure data quality across Salesforce, NetSuite and related integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the business systems intake process, triaging requests from cross‑functional stakeholders into a structured, prioritized backlog.
• Lead agile delivery including sprint planning, backlog grooming and user‑acceptance testing, translating operational asks into clear user stories.
• Partner with the Business Systems Software Engineer to establish DevOps practices such as environments, CI/CD pipelines, testing and rollback procedures.
• Maintain data quality across core systems by auditing, cleaning and implementing ongoing validation checks.
• Collaborate daily with Salesforce and NetSuite/Celigo admins to route requests, diagnose root causes and ensure specifications align with platform capabilities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product management or revenue operations with deep hands‑on work in Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Proven ability to set up or mature DevOps practices (environments, CI/CD, release management) in small or resource‑constrained teams.
• Strong track record of turning ambiguous business problems into structured, prioritized backlogs and leading end‑to‑end agile delivery.
• Hands‑on experience shipping production work using AI development tools and solid understanding of subscription/entitlement mechanics.
