Call Center Representative

About the role

Influx is seeking motivated Call Center Representatives to join its growing talent pipeline. You will provide on‑demand customer service for a variety of brands and tech companies, handling interactions across phone, email, and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance KPIs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Take ownership of concerns through to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Experience in e‑commerce/fashion, installation services (voice support), tech & app support, fintech, or telecommunications.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Quiet, dedicated workspace with required hardware and internet connectivity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Shopify and Gorgias platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot software, mobile apps, and hardware.
• Familiarity with digital financial platforms and telecommunications services.
• BYOD technical specifications: Windows 10+, Intel Core i5 (10th Gen+), 8 GB RAM, 50‑55 Mbps wired internet, noise‑cancelling headset.
