Call Center Sales Representative – Nairobi

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Call Center Sales Representative to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
• Maintain phone availability for at least 82% of the shift.
• Present and demonstrate the value of membership programs, providing up to three rebuttals when appropriate.
• Control and direct calls effectively while interpreting customer needs.
• Promote and sell services and products to customers.
• Handle approximately 4 calls per hour (around 40 calls per day).
• Overcome objections and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Upsell products, services, and membership programs.
• Accurately use order management systems, phone systems, and promotional offers.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center Sales.
• Advanced English level (C1) is required.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and overnight schedules.
