Canva Designer – Visual Content Creator

About the role

Digital Masterminds is seeking a creative Canva Designer to produce eye‑catching visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and client presentations. The role focuses on real‑estate marketing, leveraging Canva and AI‑powered design tools to deliver high‑impact graphics quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, ads, brochures, and other marketing assets.
• Develop story‑driven designs that align with brand messaging and real‑estate objectives.
• Utilise AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Firefly, DALL·E, Runway) to accelerate creativity and production.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and video teams to ensure cohesive campaign visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and deliver 5–10 high‑quality pieces daily.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience creating Canva designs.
• Strong visual storytelling, typography, layout, and colour sense.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while paying close attention to detail.
• Interest in real‑estate or property marketing is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Canva Pro (templates, animations, interactive graphics).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Experience with AI design tools such as Firefly, DALL·E, and Runway.
