About the role

Join an award‑winning legal practice with 18+ years of experience in personal injury, employee rights, and consumer class actions. As a Case Manager Assistant in the Pre‑Litigation Department, you will support case managers to ensure clients receive the maximum settlement possible.

Key responsibilities

Open and manage claims with insurance carriers, health‑insurance subrogation departments, and medical providers.
Request, obtain, and follow up on police reports and medical records.
Schedule medical appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
Verify balances with medical providers.
Prepare case files for submission to demand writers.

Required profile

1–2 years of experience as a Case Manager, Case Manager Assistant, or legal assistant in personal injury.
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferably in a legal or medical field.
Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑6:30 pm PST.
