Category Leadership & Display Manager – Snacking

About the role

As a Category Leadership & Display Manager for the Snacking category, you will drive growth by improving in‑store presence, coverage and physical availability across Sub‑Saharan Africa. Reporting to the Customer Growth Director, you will identify display opportunities, deliver customer‑focused solutions and build strong retailer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop insight‑led category solutions to boost shopper conversion and strengthen product availability.
• Lead customer category projects, using data to uncover growth opportunities and recommend assortment and planogram improvements.
• Design, test and roll out creative display concepts in main aisles, check‑outs and interruption points to maximise sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external partners (suppliers, retailers) to shape and execute concepts.
• Identify, scale and share display innovations and best practices across the region and with the Global Display team.
• Manage display materials, agency quality and budgets to improve ROI and ensure timely execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of graduate experience; FMCG background is a plus.
• Collaborative, customer‑focused mindset with strong analytical ability.
• Excellent planning and alignment skills to manage complexity and accountability.
• Eagerness to learn, share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
