Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will engage walk‑in clients, architects, interior designers, contractors and homeowners visiting the showroom, presenting and cross‑selling the full product range of tiles, sanitaryware, wellness fittings and home furnishings. The role involves preparing cost estimates, quotations and proforma invoices, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage walk‑in clients and industry professionals, present and cross‑sell the complete product portfolio, and prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations and proforma invoices.
• Create and deliver video ad presentations, virtual showroom tours and short product walkthroughs for social media, WhatsApp business inquiries and remote clients to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Provide end‑to‑end customer service from inquiry through ordering, delivery and post‑sales support, building long‑term relationships with architects, interior designers and contractors.
• Maintain showroom displays, mock‑ups and product sampling areas, assist with inventory reporting, and stay updated on industry trends, new product arrivals and competitive offerings.
