Category Leadership & Display Manager – SSA

About the role

As a Category Leadership & Display Manager you will drive growth of the Snacking category by improving in‑store presence, coverage and physical availability across Sub‑Saharan Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop insight‑led category solutions to improve shopper conversion and strengthen product availability.
• Lead customer category projects, using data to identify growth opportunities and recommend assortment and planogram solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy creative display solutions across main aisles, checkouts and interruption points to maximise sales.
• Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external stakeholders (suppliers, retailers) to shape and execute customer concepts.
• Identify and scale display innovations and best practices across the region and the Global Display team.
• Manage display materials, agency quality and budgets to improve ROI and ensure timely execution.

Required profile

• A Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1‑3 years of graduate experience; FMCG experience advantageous.
• Collaborative, customer‑focused with strong data analysis, insight generation and translation into projects.
• Strong planning and alignment skills, able to manage complexity and ensure accountability.
• Eagerness to learn, share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
