Change Manager – Fleet Systems Project

About the role

CARE is seeking a Change Manager to lead the adoption of a new global fleet technology solution across its country offices. Reporting to the functional lead of Fleet and dotted‑line to the Senior Director of Transformation, you will ensure stakeholder engagement, readiness and successful implementation of the system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop stakeholder analysis, leadership alignment approaches and change communication plans to secure buy‑in.
• Conduct detailed change impact assessments, create transition plans and document people, process and system changes.
• Partner with project sponsors to design and execute communication strategies that reduce resistance and accelerate adoption.
• Support the Transformation team by building change‑management capability, delivering trainings and championing the change agenda.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, communications, logistics or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in change management, organizational development or communications, preferably supporting large‑scale technology implementations.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) and strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse, global stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in a business context.
