Change Relay – Drive 2030 Project (M/F)

About the role

The Change Relay is the local change‑management focal point for the DRIVE 2030 programme in Kenya. Acting as the bridge between the Central Change Team, country management and end‑users, the role ensures business impacts are understood, communication is continuous and adoption needs are met. The position is based on‑site in Nairobi and reports to the Managing Director – Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain understanding of the DRIVE 2030 ecosystem, deployment strategies and project milestones.
• Onboard local teams, organise workshops and use the change kit to raise awareness of DRIVE, DECLARE, CARLO and related projects.
• Coordinate the local Ambassadors network, overseeing their onboarding, training and daily change activities.
• Support local HR and central teams in recruitment for deployment roles, especially Deployment Officers.
• Monitor change adoption through surveys, flagging risks or resistance to the central change team.
• Maintain a strong on‑site presence during Go‑Live and Hypercare to assist managers and users.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of local operational processes and legacy systems.
• Experience with IT solutions and digital tools; TMS knowledge is a plus.
• Proven experience in change management, stakeholder engagement and internal communication.

• Fluent in English.
