Channel Sales Engineer – Kenya

About the role

Chisage Energy Storage Solutions is looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Engineer to expand the adoption of its photovoltaic (PV) and energy‑storage solutions across Kenya. You will act as the bridge between the company and its business partners, driving sales, brand awareness and technical training.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing existing relationships.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company goals.
• Organise and participate in industry events to promote the brand.
• Build brand awareness of Chisage ESS in the local market.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings and presentations for partners.
• Create partnership strategies to increase market penetration.
• Travel within the region as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the photovoltaic or energy‑storage industry.
• Fluent English for daily business communication.
• University degree, preferably technical or engineering.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Kenya.
